• All prices are listed in PKR or USD (for international customers) and are subject to change without notice.

• Shipping times and charges vary depending on the delivery location and will be communicated at checkout.

• We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged or with wrong size sent by our team.
• Customers must send an unboxing video and photos instantly upon opening the parcel via our WhatsApp business number.
• Change of mind and sizing errors by the customer are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Full refund is issued only when the returned item is unused, in original packaging, and verified by our team.
