Marvel Leather – Shipping Charges and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Within Pakistan

Marvel Leather offers free shipping throughout Pakistan on eligible orders.

The estimated delivery time is generally 7–10 working days, depending on product preparation, the delivery location, and courier availability.

Customers will be informed if any exceptional circumstances are expected to affect the estimated delivery timeframe.

2. International Shipping

Marvel Leather ships internationally to supported destinations using available courier services, which may include DHL, UPS, and other reputable shipping providers.

International shipping charges are paid separately by the customer. Shipping charges are calculated according to the applicable courier rates on the date the shipment is arranged and may depend on:

• Destination country and delivery address.

• Actual parcel weight and, where applicable, volumetric weight.

• The courier service selected by the customer.

• The requested delivery speed and service level.

• Any applicable additional shipping or handling charges.

Because courier rates and service availability may change, international shipping charges are confirmed individually before dispatch.

3. Customer-Selected International Delivery Options

Customers may discuss their preferred delivery timeframe and available shipping services with Marvel Leather before the order is dispatched.

For example, a customer may request delivery within approximately 8 working days or 12 working days, depending on the available courier services and destination.

Marvel Leather will check the available options with the relevant courier providers and communicate the applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery times to the customer.

The customer can select from the available options after reviewing the quoted price and estimated delivery timeframe.

Important: Requested delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by Marvel Leather and supported by the selected courier's service terms. Customs clearance and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

4. Confirmation of International Shipping Charges

Where international shipping charges are not calculated automatically at checkout, Marvel Leather will communicate the applicable shipping fee and available delivery options to the customer through WhatsApp, email, or another agreed communication channel.

Customers will be informed of the shipping cost before the shipment is arranged. Any separately payable shipping charge must be agreed upon before dispatch.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Customs inspections and clearance procedures may also extend delivery times.
