Marvel Leather – Return and Refund Policy

At Marvel Leather, we specialize in premium handmade leather footwear, including bespoke and made-to-order shoes. Each pair is crafted with care according to the specifications of the customer's order.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Marvel Leather accepts return requests only in the following circumstances:

• Product received damaged: The product arrives damaged or defective.

• Incorrect size shipped: Marvel Leather ships a size different from the size confirmed in the customer's order.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer.

2. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

Customers must contact Marvel Leather within 30 calendar days of receiving their order to initiate a return request.

For a damaged product, customers must provide clear photographs and a 30-second unboxing video showing the condition of the product and its packaging.

For an incorrect size, customers must provide their order confirmation and clear evidence of the size ordered compared with the size received.

All evidence must be submitted through our official WhatsApp Business number or email address. Marvel Leather will review the information and confirm whether the return request is approved.

3. Conditions for Accepted Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn except for careful indoor fitting where appropriate, and returned in its original packaging.

Customers should retain the original packaging until their return request has been reviewed.

Unboxing photographs and video are required for claims involving damage on arrival. For incorrect-size claims, order confirmation and evidence of the size received are required.

4. Return Period and International Orders

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. This policy applies to customers in Pakistan and international destinations.

Customers must contact Marvel Leather before sending any product back. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after the claim is reviewed.

Any applicable return shipping costs, customs duties, or other international return charges will be communicated to the customer before the return is arranged.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for returns approved under this policy, including eligible cases involving damage on arrival or an incorrect size shipped by Marvel Leather.

We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind requests or incorrect size selection by the customer, including for bespoke and made-to-order footwear.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

6. Refund Method and Processing Time

Once a return has been approved and any required returned product has been received and inspected, Marvel Leather will initiate the eligible refund through the original payment method.

Refund processing timeframe: Marvel Leather will initiate an approved refund within 7 business days after the return is approved and the applicable inspection requirements are completed.

After the refund is initiated, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution.

Customers will be notified when the refund has been initiated.

7. Exchanges and Replacement

Where a customer receives a product damaged on arrival or a size different from the size ordered, Marvel Leather will review the claim and advise the customer of the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or an eligible refund.

Replacement availability and delivery timelines will be confirmed with the customer.
